Terms of Service

1. The service

Ani-Jay provides a marketplace that helps clients in Algeria post job or service requests and helps providers and students discover, apply to, and coordinate local work opportunities. The Rani Jay app is for clients. The Rani Jay Pro app is for providers and students.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You must use a phone number you control and may not impersonate another person. Providers and students may be asked to submit profile, work-area, portfolio, or verification information before accessing certain opportunities.

3. Marketplace relationship

Ani-Jay helps users find and coordinate services. Providers are independent from Ani-Jay. Ani-Jay does not employ providers, guarantee work, guarantee provider performance, or act as escrow for completed-service payments. Clients and providers are responsible for agreeing on the work details, price, timing, and completion expectations.

4. Payments, credits, and subscriptions

Clients do not pay Ani-Jay through the client app for completed jobs. Providers may use credits or subscriptions to access certain application features, depending on the active version of the provider app. Payment for completed work is arranged directly between the client and provider outside the app unless Ani-Jay explicitly states otherwise in a future release.

5. User content and conduct

• Do not post illegal, misleading, unsafe, abusive, or discriminatory content.
• Do not upload documents, portfolio images, messages, or job details that you do not have the right to share.
• Do not attempt to bypass moderation, payment, credit, verification, or security systems.
• Do not harass, threaten, spam, or defraud other users.

6. Reviews, moderation, and account action

Ani-Jay may review, approve, reject, hide, or remove jobs, applications, profiles, documents, messages, support content, and reviews when needed for safety, quality, compliance, or abuse prevention. Ani-Jay may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the marketplace.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Ani-Jay reliable, but the service may be updated, interrupted, limited, or unavailable from time to time. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

8. Limitation of responsibility

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ani-Jay is not responsible for disputes, losses, injuries, damages, unpaid work, poor service, cancelled jobs, or offline arrangements between clients and providers. Users should exercise judgment before meeting, exchanging money, or sharing sensitive information.

9. Privacy and deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. You can request account deletion from inside the apps under Settings → Delete account, or from anijay.app/delete-account.
