1. Who we are
Ani-Jay operates the Rani Jay client app, the Rani Jay Pro provider app, and the anijay.app website. The service connects clients in Algeria with local service providers and students. Clients post job or service requests, providers apply, accepted users chat, and both sides can leave reviews after completion.
2. Information we collect
- Account details such as name, phone number, role, and user ID.
- Profile details, service categories, portfolio images, availability, and work areas.
- Job content, application answers, messages, support requests, reviews, and uploaded media.
- Location information needed for local service matching, job locations, and provider work areas.
- Provider verification information, which may include student cards, identity or eligibility documents, and related review status.
- Payment and credit records for provider credits, subscriptions, manual payment requests, receipts, and account activity.
- Device and technical data such as push notification tokens, app version, diagnostics, crash logs, and security logs.
3. How we use information
- To create and secure accounts and verify phone OTP login.
- To publish, review, approve, and manage job requests and provider applications.
- To enable chat, notifications, support, reviews, and service coordination.
- To manage provider credits, subscriptions, payment evidence, fraud prevention, and account status.
- To improve reliability, investigate bugs, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal information. We use trusted service providers to operate the product, including hosting, database, authentication, storage, push notifications, diagnostics, and payment-related services. These providers process information only as needed to run Ani-Jay and protect the service.
5. Payments and offline work
Clients do not pay Ani-Jay through the client app for completed jobs. Providers and clients arrange completed-work payment outside the app. Provider credits and subscriptions, when available, are used to manage provider access to application features and account activity.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain safety records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You can request deletion from inside the mobile apps under Settings → Delete account, or from the public deletion page at anijay.app/delete-account. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
7. Your choices
You may update your profile information in the app, control device permissions such as notifications and location through your device settings, contact support for access or correction requests, and delete your account when you no longer want to use the service.
8. Children
Ani-Jay is not directed to children under 13. Student provider features are intended for eligible students old enough to work and use local services under applicable rules.
9. Contact
For privacy, support, or deletion questions, contact Ani-Jay support through the app or the support page at anijay.app/support.
